• The Society is led by a volunteer Board of Directors committed to transparency, inclusivity, and stewardship.

• Board members serve staggered terms and meet monthly to review progress, approve initiatives, and ensure alignment with the mission.

• Committees may be formed for education, fundraising, collections, youth outreach, and community events.
